Josh Crescenzi

With a vision to begin a turn-key construction company, Mr. Crescenzi established CTC Contractors in 2010 as a resource for the local commercial market in the areas of restaurant, retail, office and industrial design-build construction. Along the way, the business expanded into the markets of healthcare, automotive, financial, capital improvements, hospitality, and ground up construction. Today, not only is CTC Contractors seen as one of the best and fastest growing general contractors in Houston, the company also owns and operates CTC Drywall and CTC Millwork. These divisions allow CTC Contractors to operate as a general contractor and also function as a subcontractor to various large national general contractors and tenants.

Mr. Crescenzi developed CTC Contractors with the urge to help people to the best of his ability with the construction process from start to finish and prides himself on being the “one stop shop” for any and every construction need.

Since founding CTC Contractors, Mr. Crescenzi has focused more on personal relationships with his clients and made it his goal to provide the best possible service, no matter the size of the project, at the most affordable price. The company’s growth has been driven by repeat customers and referrals.

Prior to CTC Contractors, Mr. Crescenzi had the opportunity to work in many facets of the construction industry for numerous oil and gas companies, both foreign and domestic. During this time he managed countless heavy load bearing foundations, iron works, pipelines, and tilt wall construction projects. Personally, Mr. Crescenzi jointly owns and operates CTC Contractors with his wife, Ashley. He is an avid outdoorsman and is a father to two wonderful children.
