As Managing Partner and founder of CTC Contractors, Josh Crescenzi brings a hands-on approach and a clear vision for delivering exceptional commercial construction solutions. Since launching the company, he has guided its growth from a trusted resource for restaurant, retail, office, and industrial design-build projects to a leading general contractor serving industries such as healthcare, automotive, financial, capital improvements, hospitality, and ground-up construction. 

A proud Texas A&M University graduate, Josh began his career in the construction industry working for both domestic and international oil and gas companies, managing heavy load-bearing foundations, iron works, pipelines, and tilt-wall construction. His breadth of experience gave him a unique perspective on how to streamline the construction process, ultimately inspiring him to build a true turnkey operation. 

Under his leadership, CTC Contractors has expanded to include in-house Drywall and Millwork divisions, allowing the company to maintain unmatched quality and control over every project. Josh is passionate about building lasting client relationships, delivering exceptional service, and creating spaces that bring his clients’ visions to life. 

Outside of work, Josh enjoys the outdoors and is a proud father to two wonderful children.
