As President of CTC Contractors, Casey Rincon leads the company’s operations, growth strategy, and client-focused initiatives. He oversees day-to-day operations, designs and implements company-wide procedures, manages procurement, and ensures efficiency across both office and field teams. His leadership has been instrumental in expanding CTC’s supplier and client networks, building strong partnerships that support the company’s long-term success. 

Casey first joined CTC Contractors to launch and lead the Drywall Division, quickly earning recognition for his expertise, results, and collaborative approach. His contributions led to his promotion to Chief Operating Officer, and ultimately to his current role as President. Today, he continues to bring the same hands-on leadership and commitment to quality that have been central to his career growth within the company. 

With a background spanning multimillion-dollar projects in ground-up construction, high-end interior buildouts, and specialized drywall work, Casey’s portfolio includes office buildings, churches, schools, restaurants, retail spaces, medical facilities, data halls, and tenant renovations. Known for his ability to collaborate closely with architects and developers, he consistently delivers projects on time, within budget, and with exceptional craftsmanship. 

A graduate of St. Edward’s University, Casey began his career working with respected construction firms such as Structure Tone, Durotech, and Drywall Services before bringing his talents to CTC Contractors. His ultimate goal is to create lasting client relationships through quality work, innovation, and integrity. 

Outside of work, Casey enjoys the outdoors and values time with his family, bringing the same dedication to his personal life that he brings to every CTC project.
