Casey Rincon

Mr. Rincon is the Chief Operating Officer for CTC Contractors and brings over 16 years of construction experience to the company. Mr. Rincon oversees the organizations ongoing operations and has a vital role designing and implementing CTC’s overall operations. He analyzes machinery and equipment value, oversees future procurement of all field related items and is instrumental in inventory control. Mr. Rincon is responsible for implementing new practices and procedures in both the office and field. Additionally, he is active in expanding our client database through sales and portfolio growth. With our continued growth, Mr. Rincon has helped expand our supplier database and assisted in carefully selecting key partners to help with CTC’s purchasing needs.

In addition to these tasks, Mr. Rincon leads our Drywall division and has over 11 years of experience in drywall specific construction. He is an accomplished construction manager with extensive training in estimating on multiple levels. He has managed various subcontractors for numerous multimillion-dollar projects ranging from 4 to 8 million dollars in contract size. His ability to develop conceptual estimates with architects and developers has helped many clients reach their construction goals within budget. His ground up portfolio includes office buildings, churches, schools, restaurants and retail space. In addition, Mr. Rincon has several years of experience in high end interior finishes and buildouts of data halls, office/warehouse space, manufacturing support facilities, medical offices, surgery centers and tenant renovations. Gaining new business through strong customer relationships and quality work is his ultimate goal.

Prior to CTC Contractors, Mr. Rincon was a Project Manager/Estimator for Drywall Services where he was responsible for estimating and managing more than half of the company’s yearly projects. Previous to this he worked for both Structuretone and Durotech in various roles.
