As Managing Partner of CTC Contractors, Ashley Crescenzi brings a strong foundation in accounting, finance, and business operations, guiding the company’s corporate strategy and ensuring seamless collaboration across all departments. She oversees finance, accounts payable and receivable, and project billing, while also fostering a culture of organization, communication, and attention to detail that keeps projects running smoothly from start to finish. 

A graduate from Texas A&M University, Ashley began her career in a private accounting firm’s Internal Audit and Financial Advisory practice, where she helped executives strengthen financial processes and navigate complex accounting challenges. At CTC, she blends her financial expertise with a warm, thoughtful leadership style that offers a unique female perspective in a traditionally male-dominated industry. Her ability to balance precision with people-first values has been instrumental in CTC’s growth, client satisfaction, and long-standing partnerships.

Outside the office, Ashley loves to travel and is a proud mother to two wonderful children, bringing the same energy and care to her family life that she brings to the company every day.
