Troy Verot

Mr. Verot is a Superintendent for CTC Contractors and brings over 35 years of construction experience to the company. Mr. Verot specializes in commercial and tenant improvements, with several hundred restaurant builds under his belt. He has a complete understanding of plans, specifications, shop drawings and each subcontractor’s scope of work on a project. Mr. Verot is proficient in the pre-planning of subcontractors, materials, scheduling, and providing daily and weekly reports to the project manager throughout the duration of a project. Mr. Verot has strong technical, communication and problem solving skills. He is dedicated to completing the project on time, within budget, and follows all OSHA and Company safety guidelines.
