Glen Boucher, LEED AP BD+C

Mr. Boucher is an Executive Project Manager for CTC Contractors and brings over 20 years of construction project management experience to the company. His experience includes delivering a variety of projects including residential, land development, commercial retail, medical shell buildings, tenant improvements, remodels, façade upgrades, multifamily, hospitality, municipal, and government projects including work in highly secured locations. He is well versed in value engineering, design build, and the design and construction of high performance buildings backed by credentials as a LEED AP for Building Design and Construction. As an excellent communicator, he is able to discuss technical details with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors. Experienced in design build, he also understands how to bring together multiple disciplines ensuring the client maximizes every dollar spent on a project. Qualified to pull a building permit in fifteen states, he has the ability to service multi-state clients. He prides himself in the long line of repeat clients developed by building quality projects on time and within budget.

Prior to CTC Contractors, Mr. Boucher was a military officer and a project manager at Comanche Contractors.
