Fred Brown

Mr. Brown is a Superintendent for CTC Contractors and brings 40 years of construction experience to the company. Mr. Brown has extensive, diversified experience in quality, high end construction of ground up, remodels, tenant improvements, and first-time interior build out projects. His responsibilities include creating and maintaining construction schedules, maintaining relationships with client and tenants, project visiting to support the field, maintaining schedule, budget, and preventing and resolving any potential field issues with trades, plans, or scopes.
